I was looking at the yearly awards in my franchise and for the best coach it says NE Coach instead of Bill Belichick. Also it doesn't have his picture. I noticed that in last years game too. Why isn't he in the game?

Bill Belichick is listed as "NE Coach" because he is not a member of the NFL Head Coaches Association, which licenses the game. It was the same with Bill Parcells during his tenure with the Cowboys because he had a contract with ESPN that prohibited his name being listed.

I just checked a youtube video of Patriots gameplay and they don't have Bill Belichick in the game. He doesn't look like himself.

You can see a NE coach on the sidelines but it is just a generic coach.
