How to beat zone?
Hey guys, I was just playing some guy on Xbox 360 Madden 08 and he was beast. I am 61-24 now, after losing my 21 game winning streak. I was freakin' cuz he kept on stopping every single one of my plays. He was using Zone defense the most though. I obviously neeed some more help with beating this, even though I have a good record. He would also mixing in his Zone- Man defense. I just need some one to let me know how I can defeat that zone defense. Thnx guys,

yeah 1st thing i would do is buy madden 09...and i cant really help you if you dont knoow what kinda zone he was running...

1. When you hike the ball. Look towards the middle of the field. If its wide open, thats cover 2. If you see a safety or MLB drop over there, thats cover 3. If you notice the middle is open, send a guy do a post and throw fast and high upwards for an easy gain. 2. If he/she is in zone, RUN the ball. There is nothing wrong with running the ball directly up the middle. 3. If its zone, look for slant in the middle and slot curl routes. If I see zone I run alot and do play action. |
