Which quarter length gives the most realistic scores and stats?

I currently play the computer on 5 minute quarters, and the games are fairly low scoring, i.e 14-0, 10-6, 19-10 etc.

You won't get realistic stats though, I mean you could if you took a while to pick each play and use up clock consistently but most madden players don't use clock like that, I would say like 8-10 minutes. I can do 10 minutes and get realistic numbers.
